Staff were excellent - very professional and friendly. The room looked as if it had recently been decorated and was stylish and fresh. Lots of parking spaces available.
Meals and breakfast were good, all of the staff were extra friendly and helpful, when I asked at reception if Burnside had a railway station, and could I get to Glasgow Central the reply was immediate, yes, its 3 minutes walk from the hotel and the next train is 15.26. The train access to Glasgow was good, very frequent and ran from Glasgow almost up to midnight.
The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was enjoyable.
Food is very good. Breakfast enormous, and freshly cooked. Evening restaurant menu is very good, and quality excellent.
